|After completing a degree in German studies and history, Nora worked as an academic assistantat the Hamburger Arbeitsstelle für deutsche Exilliteratur, a research institute. Then, after severalyears as special projects manager at media group Bertelsmann, she produced customermagazines and various other specialty material for industrial firms and media companies asmanaging director of public agenda, a press agency. As senior editor and chief editor she was responsible for a variety of trade magazines serving the German communications, printing and media industries.
Hobbies: horseback riding, reading, languages, animals.
|Martin Hirschmann|| Editor|
|Martin Hirschmann joined the editorial staff of C2 in September 2013. Martin studied American Culture and Romance languages at the University of Erlangen and Nuremberg. During his studies, he worked for the campus radio “Bitexpress” at the Fraunhofer Institute (IIS) in Erlangen as reporter and presenter. He also participated in a trainee programme as a travel journalist in Scotland. After an internship at Radio Antenne Bayern he became junior editor at C2.
Hobbies: travelling, reading, swimming, football and ice hockey
|Franz Hermann|| Publisher|
|After studying journalism and economic history, Franz began his career as a writer for Stern, a political weekly, and editor at Heinrich-Bauer-Verlag, a publisher, before working at various radioand television broadcasters. After several years as PR and advertising manager for printing, packaging and print finishing companies, the long-time vice president of the DPRG (German PRAssociation) was chief editor and managing editor for numerous trade journals put out by theVerlag für die Deutsche Wirtschaft AG. Franz made a name for himselfin the trade show arena as International Converting Exhibition (ICE) sales manager.
Hobbies: horseback riding, travelling, diving, football.
|Nina Pirchmoser|| Sales Director|
|The half-Italian Austrian national followed up an office administration apprenticeship by completing an academic management trainer programme. She was then engaged for several years as aproject manager and PC trainer, conducting instruction sessions as an external consultant for numerous companies. Thereafter, she worked as a forwarding agent for various internationally active firms. Her experience in marketing, sales and distribution-related consulting make Nina theideal contact for our advertisers.
